Everything you need to know before booking your shoot with us.

Do you take bookings on Sundays?

Yes! We operate 7 days a week, including Sundays and most holidays, from 8 AM to 8 PM. We understand that real estate doesn’t stop on weekends, and neither do we. Sunday bookings are subject to availability, so we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), e-transfer, and online payment through our secure booking portal. Payment is collected at the time of booking. We do not accept cash on-site. For recurring clients, we offer monthly invoicing options — please contact us to set this up.

How much notice do you need for bookings?

We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure your preferred time slot is available. However, we do accommodate same-day and next-day bookings when our schedule permits. For time-sensitive listings, contact us directly and we’ll do our best to fit you in as quickly as possible.

What are your turnaround times?

Our standard turnaround is 24 hours for photography. Virtual tours (iGuide, Matterport, Eco Tour) are typically delivered within 24–48 hours. Video tours may take 48–72 hours depending on the complexity of the edit. Rush delivery (same day) is available for an additional fee — contact us to arrange this.

What if the weather forecast is bad?

For drone shoots, we monitor weather conditions closely. If conditions are unsafe for drone operations (wind, rain, fog), we will contact you to reschedule at no charge. For interior photography, weather is generally not a concern. For exterior shots in overcast conditions, we use sky replacement editing to ensure your photos always look their best.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows on the day of the shoot are charged the full amount. We understand that real estate is unpredictable — if you need to reschedule, we’re happy to accommodate with no fee as long as you give us at least 12 hours notice.

How should I prepare the property for the shoot?

For best results, we recommend: decluttering all surfaces, turning on all lights, opening all blinds and curtains, removing personal items and family photos, cleaning all windows, making all beds, and removing cars from the driveway for exterior shots. We’ll send you a detailed preparation checklist when you book.

Do you serve areas outside of Toronto?

Yes! We serve the entire Greater Toronto Hamilton Area including Toronto, Hamilton, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Milton, Georgetown, Halton Hills, Grimsby, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond our standard service area.
