iGuide Virtual Tour
The iGuide system captures accurate floor plans and 360° photos simultaneously. It produces ANSI-standard measurements that are accepted by TREB and most MLS systems. The resulting tour includes an interactive floor plan that buyers can click to navigate through the property.
Best for: Listings where accurate measurements are important, buyers who want to understand the layout, and agents who want MLS-compatible floor plans included.
3D Matterport
Matterport creates a fully immersive 3D model of the property. Buyers can navigate in “dollhouse” view, floor plan view, or first-person walkthrough mode. The experience is more visually impressive and engaging than iGuide.
Best for: Luxury listings, unique architectural properties, and situations where the “wow factor” is important.
